In 1978, a group of friends who shared a passion for skiing and travel, formed Club St. Bernard. Over the years, our club has grown to include an average membership of around 100 members: couples, singles, and families. Our travel adventures typically are based on the Texas Ski Council travel calendar, but we also run our own club trips, as well. While most of ski, we do have a few snowboarders, and a lot of non-skiers who just enjoy the beauty of the mountains and always find alternative activities to pursue on ski trips. Not all of our trips are ski trips… we have trekked to exotic locales like the Galapagos Islands, Machu Picchu, Egypt, South Africa, Australia, and more! While we don’t actually have a St. Bernard dog, we do claim Max, a member’s grand-dog, as our un-official mascot! If you, too, have a passion for snow sports and/or travel, we’d love to meet you!
Wine Party! Saturday, July 27, at 5:00
We’re looking forward to our Annual Wine Party, always well-attended, and a great opportunity to enjoy a little mid-summer “catch up” with travel and ski buddies! Invitations have been emailed to members, with the reminder that this is at a fellow member’s lovely home in a secured community, so RSVP’s are required. RSVP instructions are on your invitation, so check your email!
Next General Membership Meeting is August 21, 2019
There are no general membership meetings held over the summer. Please see our Pawprints Newsletter for more information. It can be accessed at the top of this screen.
Greek Trip has been added, October 2019!
We’re going to Greece! October, 2019! Matt Greenwaldt and Mayflower Cruises and Tours are running a Greek trip for our club! Please see the Greek post for information.
Annual Pool Party Splash!
Thanks to the expert hosting of another great Pool Party by Joe and Kathy, a splashingly good time was had by all who attended one of our favorite annual events. We loved the delicious food provided by hosts and guests, and the ice cream sundae bar was a real treat! What a great summer get-together!
Thank you, Joe and Kathy!
